Shipping Policy
-Delivery Time 8-10 Days
Packing We take great care when packing our clocks. All clocks are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in heavy duty cardboard boxes marked Fragile.
Warranty Champion Clock Outlet clocks have a 1 year warranty period from the date of purchase, which does not include general wear and tear but does include mechanical or other major failure. If you have any concerns with your purchase please contact us at championclocksoutlet@gmail.com Goods claimed as defective will be replaced or repaired based on discussion with you, our valued customer.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns:
You have the liberty to return the product at the time of delivery if the product is defected or not exact as you ordered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges:
As soon as you send us the proof of defected product on our whatsapp, We will immediately exchange your product that day and you will receive the same new product in 1-2 days.
